The Third Legislative District Democrats post its own events, along with events from Spokane County Democrats.
The Third Legislative District Democrats provide accessible/inclusive events that enable individuals with disabilities to fully engage in our events and processes. Requests for reasonable accommodations may be made in advance of a meeting by email to chair@thirdld.org or by telephone to the Chair.
During a Zoom meeting, requests for reasonable accommodations may be made by the “raise the hand” feature in the Zoom software, or by text (or by phone) to the designated phone number provided by the Chair.

3rd Legislative District elected Precinct Committee Officers (chosen by voters in the August 7th primary election as well as those auto-elected after the May 2018 Filing Week period ended) will meet on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 to choose the leadership of the legislative district for the time period December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2020.
Only newly elected (or re-elected) PCOs may vote at the reorganization meeting. Appointed PCO terms for the prior cycle end on November 30, 2018.
At the meeting, elected PCOs will choose a chair, a vice chair (not of the same gender of the chair) and two representatives to the Washington State Democratic Central Committee (WSDCC).
The WSDCC chooses the leadership of the state party and makes policy for the state party in between state party conventions.
Registration and sign-in for elected PCOs will start at 5:30 pm and the meeting itself will start promptly at 6:00 pm. The location of the meeting has been set for the conference room at Spokane County Democrats, 1912 North Division Street, Suite 100 (at Indiana). There is plenty of free parking.
