Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be inaugurated as president and vice-president of the United States on January 20, 2021Washington's 3rd Legislative District is the "bluest" legislative district east of the Cascades.
All but one of our 85 precincts are located within the City of Spokane and the individuals living in the legislative district comprise about 65% of Spokane's population.

As an organization, our membership consists of Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) who are elected or appointed Democrats residing in the 3rd Legislative District.
