Washington's 3rd Legislative District is the "bluest" legislative district east of the Cascades.
All of our 112 precincts are located within the City of Spokane and the individuals living in the legislative district comprise about 69% of Spokane's population.

As an organization, our voting membership consists of Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) who are elected or appointed Democrats residing in the 3rd Legislative District.
Individuals interested in being more active in the Democratic Party in the 3rd Legislative District should visit the PCOs and Leadership page for our contact information.
