About the Third Legislative District Democrats

Washington's 3rd Legislative District is the "bluest" legislative district east of the Cascades.

All but one of our 85 precincts are located within the City of Spokane and the individuals living in the legislative district comprise about 65% of Spokane's population.

Click here for a map of the 3rd Legislative District and its precincts. Or use the Washington State Legislature's District Finder to determine your legislative district assignment.

As an organization, our membership consists of Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) who are elected or appointed Democrats residing in the 3rd Legislative District.

Individuals interested in being more active in the Democratic Party in the 3rd Legislative District should visit the PCOs and Leadership page for our contact information.

All Democrats and progressives are welcome to attend our meetings, activities and events.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
