Individuals may contribute an unlimited amount of funds to the Progressive Candidates account, except for within 21 days of a general election when a $5,000.00 limit applies. PACs, unions, corporations and other entities may contribute a maximum amount of $5,500.00 in each calendar year, except for within 21 days of a general election when a $5,000.00 limit applies. Contributions may not be "earmarked" for specific candidates. Contributions are reportable by the Third LD to the Washington Public Disclosure Commission.
