We rely on our volunteers to do a lot, especially on Caucus Day. And this year was a Caucus Day on steroids, as we broke all attendance records in the 3rd LD as well as the County!
When things are busy, sometimes details get overlooked in a particular precinct. The County Party is currently going through all of the 344 precincts looking for things like delegate or alternate credentials not being distributed, stray checks or contributions mixed in with sign-in forms, and other things easily overlooked on a busy day.
Once they've finished their clean up of Caucus Day paperwork, most everything will be sent to the State Party for processing. At the State Party level, delegate allocations will be recalculated and tested --- and they'll double check that Surrogate Affidavit forms were included in each precinct count.
