OFFICIAL CALL TO THE 3RD LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT CAUCUS
Under the authority of David Green, Chair, 3rd Legislative District Democrats, this CALL is issued to delegates and alternates elected on March 26, 2016 at the Democratic Party precinct caucuses in Washington’s 3rd Legislative District.
Eligible participants at the Caucus are duly elected precinct delegates who are present in person, and such alternates as may be seated as delegates by the 3rd Legislative District Caucus Credentials Committee in the place of absent delegates.
The 3rd Legislative District Caucus is at Rogers High School, Commons, 1622 E Wellesley Ave, Spokane, WA 99207. The Caucus convenes at 1:00 pm. Registration of delegates begins at 12:15 pm. The final credentials report will be given by the Credentials Committee no earlier than 2:00 pm.
The proposed agenda and proposed operating rules adopted by the Rules Committee and recommended for approval by the Caucus are contained in “Proposed Agenda & Rules for the 2016 3rd Legislative District Caucus”. The proposed agenda and proposed operating rules are also available on the website of The Third Legislative District Democrats, www.thirdld.org. Payment of a $5.00 registration fee is requested of all participants. Payment of the registration fee shall not be a condition of participation or election.
Officers to be elected include a Permanent Chair of the Caucus. The Permanent Chair shall appoint a Secretary, Sergeant-at-Arms, and Parliamentarian.
