Integrity Washington invites interested Democrats to attend an informational workshop on Saturday, April 30, at 1:00 pm in Room 1B of the downtown branch of Spokane Public Library.
Attendees will learn more about Initiative 1464, which would change how elections are conducted in our state. Spokane City Council President Ben Stuckart serves on the campaign committee. The initiative has not yet been considered for endorsement by Spokane County Democrats or The Third Legislative District Democrats.
The workshop will share the significance of the initiative and answer questions about it. It is likely that participants will be solicited to gather signatures for the initiative at Bloomsday and other events in the community.
