Third LD Democrats Salute Transitioning PCOs & Officers

The Third Legislative District Democrats salute the following transitioning Precinct Committee Officers (PCOs) and current or former party officers for their multiple-term service to the local Democratic Party:

• Carol McGirk (past LD state committeewoman),
• Joann Peña,
• George Taylor,
• Ed Duhaime (current state committeeman for Spokane County),
• Richard Rush,
• Mike Ekins (past LD treasurer), and
• Mike Miller (past LD chair).

Newly elected Precinct Committee Officers begin their terms of office on December 1, 2018. The LD will elect its officers for the new term on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
